The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited college and have 0 to 10 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care to our patients and will be able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of animal health problems.
Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive veterinary care to all patients at the clinic.
Perform physical examinations, evaluate medical test results, diagnose and treat medical and surgical conditions.
Prescribe medications and other forms of treatment, as needed.
Conduct routine vaccinations and other preventive care.
Develop and implement treatment plans for each patient.
Educate and counsel clients on the care and treatment of their pets.
Keep detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical advances and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Participate in continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in veterinary medicine.
Job Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited college.
0 to 10 years of experience as a Veterinarian or Associate Veterinarian.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of and adherence to professional veterinary standards.
Proficiency in computer software applications.
