The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office Receptionist, and be familiar with Microsoft Word.
This position will also require transcribing, clerical work, filing, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments- Manage insurance claims and files- Communicate with other team members- Provide clerical support as needed- Assist with customer support.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Customer Service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
